Description

This course deals with all the aspects of configuring the system using the Alliance software. After the advisor MASTER system is installed and configured the Alliance software can be used to integrate to other security technologies (CCTV, Fire detection), setup graphical maps, monitor and acknowledge events, backup & restore databases and draw various reports.

Delegates are recommended to have attended ATS Integrated Platform Advisor MASTER hardware course. This course requires that each delegate have basic electronic skills and PC skills.

Course Objectives

  • Understand the different components of the Alliance Installation
  • Understand the different methods of connecting to advisor MASTER control panels
  • Understand the structure of the Alliance configuration and where to locate the appropriate menus in Alliance
  • Understand how Digital Video Recorders are connected to the Alliance Software
  • Understand how Alliance events are monitored acknowledged and stored in the database
  • Successfully backup and restore the Alliance database
  • Generate a specific event report
  • Use of the graphical map

Certification

Certification of this module requires the successful completion of the practical scenario. Upon successful completion of the course a certificate will be issued which will be valid for a 2-year period from the date completion.
